Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Procurement Governance & Infrastructure on a permanent basis on our Procurement team.
This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
We are looking for an action-oriented, innovative thinker to lead our Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE). This position will oversee and lead the alignment of current procurement-related business practices into a core set of activities that increase value and efficiency objectives necessary for strategic enablement of business units.
**What you’ll do**:
- Oversee and lead the development and implementation of strategy for the Procurement CoE in alignment with the overall Procurement Strategy.
- Partner with business units and key stakeholders, lead and oversee that continued development of procurement policies, processes, procedures and templates necessary to best manage third-party spend on goods and services for own use (GSFOU).
- Oversee and lead the continued development of data requirements to support strategic sourcing process and procure to pay optimization efforts.
- Oversee and lead the continued development, implementation and evaluation of the required digital tools that enable centre-led procurement processes developed for FCL.

You will work closely with the Procurement team and leadership team, will have 2 direct report(s), and will report into the Director, Procurement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, creative thinking and agility.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
- Have 8 plus years of relevant progressively responsible experience in procurement and/or directly relevant field including operations management, finance or accounting.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business admin/commerce, IT, Engineering or a relevant field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have strong business partnering skills and high financial and business acumen is required.
- Are familiar with policy, process and procedure development and compliance auditing is an asset.
- Are experienced with large ERPs and associated digital tools and data structure is an asset.
