At Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited, we're seeking a skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the maintenance of existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Procurement Team to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and Procurement Partners, providing operational lead support within the IT Procurement Support Team.
- Build a deep understanding of Procurement and Fleet Management business processes and the technology that supports them.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development, working with in-house and external managed services.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the procurement domain.
- Work collaboratively with Managed Services supporting Procurement and Fleet Management applications.
- Understand, advocate, and support enterprise strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to the procurement group.
- Serve as a project manager or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for proficient understanding in SAP and SAP S4 environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions is considered an asset.
- Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating and communicating effectively in a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams.
- Superior time management skills, able to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in translating business problems into detailed requirements and technical specifications.
- Adept at developing business cases, requirement documentation, and test plans to support system activity.
- History of serving as a Technical Lead and/or Project Manager on project initiatives.
- Demonstrates a history of continuous training and learning in technology, leadership, and communication.
- Experience applying the processes of the Software Development Life Cycle.
