Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technology sales, preferably in the RV, marine or automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Valid driver's license
