**Responsibilities**:
- **Visual Content Creation**:Produce high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, and graphics for various platforms.
- **Social Media Content**:Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- **Video Production**:Plan, shoot, edit, and produce videos for marketing, and social media.
- **Photography**: Capture professional-grade photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
- **Platform Management**: Monitor and manage social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- **Content Optimization**: Ensure all visual content is optimized for web and social media use, including appropriate formatting and sizing.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all media.
- **Innovation**:Explore and implement new creative tools and techniques to enhance content quality and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Audience Engagement**:Develop strategies to engage with the audience through interactive content, responding to comments, and fostering a community around the brand

**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Video Design or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Expertise in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with producing video content for YouTube, Reels, etc.
