We are looking for a full time Recruiter to join our team. This role can be based out of our Ottawa, Halifax or Montreal district office. As a Recruiter at PCL, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of growing our team by leading full cycle recruitment on key positions across multiple districts.

Here's how a Recruiter for our Eastern Canada markets contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update applicant tracking recruitment database, analyzing statistics to report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop and maintain a strategic and consultative relationship with district HR and operational leaders for the assigned districts.
- Keep informed of market conditions, trends, and programs to collaborate on strategic recruitment recommendations.
- Support international recruitment efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume recruitment role. Experience supporting recruitment in multiple geographical locations is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral/written) required.
- Ability to travel to various PCL locations as required.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of construction industry practices is an asset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain networks.
- Previous experience recruiting construction professionals would be considered an asset.
