You've installed and done troubleshooting for VFDs. You could help someone select, install, and troublshoot their VFD over the phone.

Our head office in North-West Edmonton, with the team working in office, hybrid, or fully remote.

**Who You Are**
- You know your way around a motor control and could troubleshoot a VFD problem over the phone with a customer.
- You are able to determine which VFD should be paired with a customers' motor.
- You have experience working with electric motors or industrial parts, either hands-on or in a technical sales capacity.
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. You’ll also be trained to utilize our ERP and CRM.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage a high volume of tasks, and meet competing short, medium, and long-term deadlines.
- Welcomes feedback and challenges from peers and managers.
- Constantly seeks out opportunities for improvement with the company and has a strong desire for continuous learning and self-development.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Take ownership over product recommendations. Read and interpret customer documents and specifications, identify potential information gaps, and collaborate with customers to collect all the required information to ultimately make a product recommendation.
- Take ownership over customers and use eMotors playbooks to nuture and grow accounts.
- Identify potential alternatives for out-of-stock products.
- Provide pre and post-sale technical support for our electric motor product line. You will be the in-house electric motor expert.
- Log and track all customer and team interactions within CRM. Leverage ERP system to give customers inventory and lead time information.

You'll join a team of 3 technical specialists.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
