**Role Summary**:
The Coordinator, Payroll Shared Services Center is responsible to provide support to the Payroll Shared Services team and effectively manage administrative matters for the Program Manager. Triaging information of a sensitive and confidential nature with other project team members ensuring effective and efficient communication between all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the flow of daily task delivery by identifying, prioritizing and ensuring urgent matters with potential impact on the Department are brought to the attention of the Program Manager
- Coordinates, drafts and/or delegates response to correspondence and information requests;
- Helps to manage team calendars including determining priorities of appointment requests, booking meetings; preparing agendas, compiling and distributing materials;
- Provides support on project activities, ensures that possible contentious issues are identified in advance, are thoroughly researched and recommends responses on behalf of the Program Manager
- Facilitating effective communication within the team and to external stakeholders by creating and coordinating distribution of materials ensuring that team, project stakeholders, groups and divisions are well-informed of any changes
- Assisting in organizing and executing team events, such as training and employee engagement activities. You may be responsible for coordinating logistics, preparing event materials, and ensuring effective communication
**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
- 1 - 3 years providing administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment
- Solid relationship building skills and the ability to interact professionally and confidently with various internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively proof read documents
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
