**Job Summary**:
The Branch Administrator is a support position at Q2 Management.

This role is accountable for administrative effectiveness within their designated branch. They support internal stakeholders and provide customer service to both clients and employees. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers and employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Review of timesheets and invoices in process
- Daily review and approval of Project Leader and Shift Leader hours, expenses, and mileage
- Weekly invoice review and preparation
- Review and adjust consistent with Branch invoicing rules prior to sending to Regional Manager for review and approval
- Update invoices according to Regional Manager direction
- Send invoices to customer
- Verify invoices when uploaded to QuickBooks
- Assist Accounts Receivable Administrator in terms of escalating issues
- Customer Credit monitoring
- Supplies procurement for the branch
- Quarterly audit of Operating Supplies items in InspeQ to ensure Q2 Management cost pricing to customer are correct
- Ad hoc reporting

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in paralegal or accounting is an asset
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook and Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve unique challenges; independently investigating discrepancies while navigating stakeholder relationships
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail oriented
- High level of organization
