**Job Description**:
Accountabilities:

- Assist in the provision of direct patient care

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Graduate of a personal support worker program from an accredited institution (or an equivalent program would be considered)
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum two years recent related patient care experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Requires the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting on an ongoing basis
- Experience in mental health an asset
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Services, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites

Minimum: $27.92 per hour
Maximum: $28.43 per hour
