**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responding to emergencies and general service calls from Wet‘n’Wild Toronto Waterpark staff and guests.
- Identifying and reporting all disturbances and safety hazards.
- Conduct thorough bag and item checks prior to guest/employee park entry.
- Observing crowd behavior and enforcing site policies and restrictions.
- Conduct bag and identification checks on employees prior to their entry into the park.
- Patrolling parking lots, checking for unwanted activities and persons.
- Directing traffic to ensure the orderly flow of vehicles into the parking lots
- All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole and the Operations department. Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, stressful and complex situations with composure.
- Applicants should possess strong proficiency in both written and verbal English language skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time throughout the day/night.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs.
- Knowledge of the Trespass to property act/Sect 494 of Criminal Code of Canada and the Mental Health Act.

**OTHER FUNCTIONS**:
All other duties that are assigned or necessary in order to support the Operations Department and the park as a whole. **WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. This position requires occasional work in or around water, confined spaces-cramped quarters, heights, noise, detergents/chemicals, mechanical hazards, moving objects, fumes/odours, dust, mists, gases, or vibrations. The noise level is generally moderate.
