Growing Espresso Machine Distribution company is looking for a professional individual with very good telephone manners and customer service skills in a small office of 12 employees.

Duties Include:

- Answer telephone
- Daily handling of retail customers who comes to drop off machines for repairs and purchase supplies and accessories.
- Production of invoices and estimates for purchases using Quickbooks Desktop System.
- Scheduling of shipments and packaging supplies

Minimum Requirement
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in an Office Manager / Administration environment.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $23 per hour
