**Who are we looking for?**

We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful permanent full-time **Warehouse Sales Representative **to join our dynamic team in **Edmonton, Alberta.**
- Typical Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm_

As the Warehouse Sales Representative, you will also assist in a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving purchase orders, stocking, and distribution of fluid sealing products and precision components.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Promote Daemar’s entire line of product and programs
- Manage incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs and or requirements
- Aid and guide to all customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs by using knowledge and experience within the industry
- Creating quotes and orders, contacting customers, maintaining positive, long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products are prepared in accordance with customer requests and delivery dates
- Work closely with Sales Manager to develop goals and to monitor and track KPI’S to deliver on projected results
- Track and record daily activities and ensure data is accurately and managed within the company’s database
- Identify and develop new relationships to grow the business and assist the company expand while maintaining existing relationships
- Responsible to follow up on direct shipments from suppliers to customers to ensure order delivery and billing is completed and timely; prepares documentation for customer returned material to stock and/or to the supplier
- Assisting with shipping, receiving, and administrative warehouse duties.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience
- Minimum two (2) years sales experience
- Post-secondary diploma in Business or Administration or equivalent is an asset
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous experience in a distribution environment is an asset
- Must be able to work well independently and effectively with a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to consistently represent the company in a professional manner
- Sound analytical thinking, planning prioritization and execution skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
- Willingness to cross-train with other departments.
