We offer a wide range of products from high-end to economy and specialize in bathroom and kitchen products such as shower mixers, kitchen mixers, toilets, tiles, showerheads, bathtubs, and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales expert to join our team and help us achieve our target sales for our first year of business. Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential local stores that display similar products and negotiate with them to purchase our products. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. Attend industry trade shows and events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Manage the sales team and provide coaching and training to help them achieve their sales goals. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the bathroom products industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend trade shows.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of sales experience in the bathroom products industry.

Knowledge of CSA or CUPC standards. Experience working with local stores and building relationships with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute company-wide sales strategies.
- Work out and follow sales plan for the department.
- Be a role model for sales team members.
- Communicate frequently with other departments to ensure that the sales team can obtain any resources necessary to complete their job.
- Mentor and train new sales staff.
- Assist in developing strong business relationships with clients and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60,453.00-$69,015.00 per year
