Customer Service Center Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through innovative service offerings and performance.
- Oversee all distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damaged goods, and administrative activities to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure the warehouse is well organized and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Manage and schedule job assignments for the team.
- Plan long-term labor needs based on demand forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and develop a productive work team through effective communication and motivation.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse equipment.
- Implement safety programs to protect personnel, equipment, and property.
- Maintain accurate inventory control for all products.
- Secure the facility, its surroundings, and its contents.
- Provide regular training on security practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or distribution management experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with partners across the supply chain.
- Working knowledge of SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
