Are you looking for a job as a administrative assistant? Our company has vacancies both for entry level and experienced job-seekers.

Some of the duties for this position are the following:
Administrative Assistants should be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, both on the phone and in-person;
If working from office, handle routing office assignments as requested;
Make outbound phone calls as well, to assist with customers' inquiries;
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments within the department;
Other tasks if necessary.

Minimum requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English (knowledge of other languages will be a huge plus);
High school diploma/GED certificate;
Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) skills;
Applicants with all levels of experience may apply;
Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and individually.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
