**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing manager in creating and disseminating compelling marketing materials, social media assets (including video), web and newsletter content and membership cultivation, solicitation, renewal and stewardship materials
- Monitor social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content and responding to messages
- Maintain, update and oversee website operation and content
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing initiatives
- Create design concepts, templates and layouts for a diverse range of print and digital materials based on briefs from the marketing, development and curatorial teams
- Develop and implement digital and printed marketing campaigns and branded merchandise
- Edit image assets and create templates for various platforms
- Liaise with printers and suppliers to produce high-quality collateral
- Ensure compliance of all creative material to MOCA brand elements, providing quality control over concepts and projects to ensure brand consistency

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Must-haves**
A minimum of 2 years of marketing and design experience

Experience with the Google Workspace platform

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Basic video editing skills

Outstanding social and relationship management skills

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

**Nice-to-haves**
Demonstrates an interest in contemporary art

Experience working at not-for-profit organizations

Experience engaging with various levels of stakeholders
