- Passionate about design, architecture and sustainability in the built environment
- Minimum two-years experience in a similar marketing capacity, ideally in the AEC or Design industry
- Relevant education in Marketing & Communications and/or Graphic Design is an asset
- Exceptional graphic design skills with solid working experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to play an active role in the growth and culture of our practice
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, responsible and passionate about the work while maintaining the highest level of rigor and attention to detail
- Confidence to engage and communicate with business contacts around the world
- Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Social media savvy with experience preparing and executing a social media strategy; proficiency with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience maintaining a website (WordPress CMS experience an asset).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing marketing strategies for our projects, our activities and our practice
- Developing marketing materials for brochures, press kits, CVs, presentations and award entries
- Website management and social media campaigns
- Collaborating with the Management team to identify business development opportunities and creating effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Leading the development of proposals and presentations for new projects, including coordination of sub-consultant proposals, graphic layout, and content writing.
- Managing relationships with media outlets, coordinating press releases, and seeking opportunities for media coverage in print and online.
- Planning and coordinating our practice’s participation in industry events and assisting the Principals in the preparation of slide decks for lectures and talks.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
