**Job Description**:
**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Focus on menu management, the clinical aspects of menus and oversight of dietician/clinical development and compliance
- Develop and deploy of menus for various dietary requirements, ensuring that menus have a positive impact on quality of life of patients/residents
- Responsible for the oversight of soft services functions, including portering and fleet management
- Lead, develop, motivate and direct frontline and supervisory employees, both directly and indirectly
- Oversee and arrange for the assignment of work routines and schedules, determining appropriate staffing models and needs based on client and service requirements to ensure adherence to requirements and budgets
- Perform and provide information related to operational audits such as nutritional compliance, training compliance and safety ensuring client, provincial and Sodexo standards are adhered to
- Prepare and provide reports, create and implement programs, introduce new and updated standards and implement Sodexo service programs throughout area of oversight
- Ensure proper orientation and training of staff, directing any remedial training as required
- Oversee the maintenance of inventory levels related to supplies and equipment associated with area of oversight.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, and performance metrics as required

**Qualifications**:
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelors’ degree or diploma in food and nutrition
- Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario is an asset
- Member of CSNM
- 2-3 years’ industry experience managing food portfolios in a clinical setting
- 3 years leadership experience, managing programs and influencing people
- Superior presentation skills and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Prior experience and proven success with training methods and techniques
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking, ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
- Initiative, self motivated and works well with little direct instruction/supervision
