Join Our Team at OAK Physio & Wellness Clinic in Oakville

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

**What Your Responsibilities will Include**:

- Welcoming and engaging with patients to create a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar and respond to patient inquiries.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical records system (Jane).
- Process insurance billing, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
- Managing a multi-line phone system with ease
- Coordinate patient flow, including check-in, check-out, and waiting area management.
- Providing essential support to our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clinic space
- Assist with day to day clinic tasks for successful operations of the clinic.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in healthcare administration role is required (minimum 1 Year).
- Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records systems such as Jane is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
