**Position Summary**
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager based at our North York office reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, Medical Nutrition. This individual will assist in the development and lead the execution of 18-month brand plan for the Medical Nutrition portfolio (Tube Feed, Medical ONS (oral nutrition supplements), Dysphagia, Weight Management platforms). This individual will also be responsible for managing combined PFME budgets, monitoring brand performances, analyzing brand health metrics and leading projects as assigned.

**A day in the life of an Assistant Marketing Manager**:

- Provides fact based analytical support to identify business issues/opportunities. Monitors and analyzes brand and competitor performance vs. established KPIs (market share, brand health, profitability)
- Responsible for managing PFME budgets in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending. Leads Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against KPIs. Shares learnings across team.
- Supports development of HCP (healthcare professional) & patient communication plans aligned with BBNW (Brand Building) & NHSc best practices. Executes approved plans (packaging, product, HCP/patient support) per brand essence and vision within approved budgets and timelines
- Instills a patient-centric mindset and uses marketplace data and trends to support definition of the target patient and develops business strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Leverages brand, HCP, patient and marketplace data to recommend marketing objectives, strategies and activities for the 18 Month Brand Plan (aligned with 3 Year Brand Roadmap and learning from previous years). Prepares, presents and sells-in aspects of the brand plan to management, cross functional and external partners.
- Supports the development of the portfolio's short and long term innovation strategy. Supports & leads execution of specific I&R (innovation & renovation) projects aligned to the approved I&R strategy.
- Leads the execution of key marketing strategies including sampling, couponing and conference events.
- Assists in general administration including setting meetings, internal event management and preparation of marketing presentations

**What will make you successful?**
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in CPG, pharma, OTC/consumer health or healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in dealing with complex regulatory categories considered an asset.
- Demonstrated competencies in marketing analysis (Nielsen, PFME/budget management).
- Demonstrated ability to lead/ motivate others in a team environment.
- Completion of a University Degree, business (HBA, MBA) or marketing focus and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
