**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full cycle accounting activities.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Management and forecasting of construction & land inventories.
- Manage payroll.
- Creating and reporting monthly financial statements.
- Manage sale closing procedures for new home and renovation business.
- Prepare and review annual budgets and forecasts.
- Coordination and oversight of all aspects of the accounting cycles on regular basis, including providing accounting support to team members.
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
- Human Resources - Manage benefit consultants and benefits programs.
- New Employee onboarding.
- Employee assistance with payroll, benefits etc.
- Management of Information Technology consultants and systems
- Lead in the IT systems. policies, and initiatives.
- Assist in creating and refining all business policies, best practices, and processes to make Renova a premier building company in Calgary.
- Establish and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers and trade partners.
- Attend weekly meetings, information sessions and social events as required.
- Create and present business progress updates to Management & Ownership.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior level accounting role.
- CPA Designation.
- Expert proficiency within Microsoft Office.
- Expert proficiency with accounting software - Quickbooks, ADP.
- Experience in the residential construction and development industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
