**Les grands titres**:
Vous fournirez l’expertise auprès des gestionnaires et des employés syndiqués et les accompagnerez dans la résolution de différents enjeux. À cet effet, vous assurerez **le support de 11 sites opérationnels à travers le Québec**. Par ailleurs, vous travaillerez activement à aligner nos pratiques avec les standards et meilleurs pratiques de l’équipe SSE corporative.

**Les responsabilités**:

- Assister les gestionnaires dans l’investigation d’incidents, l’analyse de cause, le développement d’actions correctives, le suivi des mesures correctives ainsi que les inspections et observations des comportements en milieu de travail;
- Promouvoir un modèle de responsabilisation en SSE via des outils d’amélioration continue.
- Se déplacer **sur une base régulière dans l’un des 11 sites opérationnels** afin de coacher et/ou utiliser la technologie actuelle pour maintenir le support approprié;
- Assurer le respect des lois, règlements et normes applicables et reconnues de l’industrie;
- Fournir assistance aux différents sous-comités santé et sécurité en place;
- Développer et assurer le suivi de la formation santé et sécurité; assister dans l’analyse annuelle des besoins de formation;
- Assurer la gestion administrative et complétion de tableau d’indicateur de performance des activités reliées à la santé et la sécurité;

**Les autres qualifications**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en environnement, santé et sécurité, hygiène et sécurité au travail, ergonomie ou équivalent;
- Vous comptez de 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, idéalement dans un environnement syndiqué;
- Par votre leadership, vous êtes en mesure de supporter à distance, avec les technologies disponibles,
- Vous possédez des connaissances en ergonomie au travail (un atout);
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’environnement Microsoft Office;
- Reconnu pour votre professionnalisme et votre rigueur ainsi que pour votre habileté à travailler en équipe, vous savez communiquer clairement la vision supportant les objectifs à atteindre et vous avez une bonne pensée stratégique;
- Vous possédez un sens poussé de l’analyse et de la résolution de problèmes;
- Vous évoluez avec succès et de façon autonome dans un environnement de projets multiples, de priorités changeantes et d’échéanciers serrés, tout en sachant vous adapter lorsque requis;
