**Job Requirements**:

- Must support the management of projects from the proposal phase to report completion, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute project deliverables.
- Complete projects within client’s scope/budget/schedule expectations.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and Indigenous partners.
- Experience completing archaeological reports in compliance with the Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM) standards.
- Familiarity with the MCM's archaeology and heritage online portal (Past Portal).
- Firm understanding of the MCM's _Standards and Guidelines for Consultant Archaeologists_.
- Experience preparing and implementing field health and safety materials.
- Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Valid Research or Professional class license issued by the Ontario MCM
- Demonstrated understanding of the pre-contact and historic artifacts found in Ontario.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in archaeology, anthropology (or in progress), or a related field.
- 6 years consulting experience in Project Management role and of field experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 8 year + of experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics for multiple field teams
- Experience with field effort tracking
- i.e. collection and management of all field data
