**Customer Service / Sales Representative**

We combine your people skills with technical and customer-specific side by side training to make you a top-performer. Our Customer Service / Sales Representative will work with the team in order to ensure the best possible customer experience to our clients.

What you’ll do:

- Communicate all orders to yard staff
- Ensure an impeccable service and customer experience to all walk-in customers
- Guide customers through our products in our state-of-the-art showroom
- Organize / dispatch our daily deliveries
- Provide a helping hand to all staff as needed

Qualifications:

- Bilingual: English and French a must
- Punctuality is key
- Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- Ease with learning and remembering an extensive product collection
- Previous experience in the building materials industry is great, but not a must
- Valid driver’s license, has their own vehicle
- Basic knowledge of Windows
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be friendly, well-spoken, willing to help and ready to close the deal

Job schedule:

- If you have a strong work ethic, this is the place for you. We are a seasonal business, so between the months of March to December, we need someone who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done We offer a very competitive salary for this nine-month period.

Notre Représentant du service à la clientèle / des ventes travaillera avec l'équipe afin d'assurer la meilleure expérience client possible à nos clients.

Ce que vous allez faire:

- Répondre aux demandes et prendre les commandes par téléphone et courriel
- Communiquer toutes les commandes au personnel de la cours
- Assurer un service et une expérience client irréprochables à tous les clients
- Guidez les clients à travers nos produits dans notre salle d'exposition ultramoderne
- Organiser / expédier nos livraisons quotidiennes
- Donner un coup de main à tout le personnel au besoin

Qualifications:

- Bilingue: anglais et français
- La ponctualité est importante
- Démontrer d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Facilité d'apprentissage et de mémorisation d'une vaste collection de produits
- Une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction est excellente, mais pas obligatoire
- Permis de conduire valide, possède son propre véhicule
- Connaissance de base de Windows
- Forte capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à prioriser et à gérer efficacement le temps
- Doit être sympathique et prêt à aider

Calendrier des travaux:

- Si vous avez une éthique de travail solide, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Nous sommes une entreprise saisonnière, donc entre les mois de mars et décembre, nous avons besoin de quelqu'un qui retroussera ses manches et fera le travail Nous offrons un salaire très compétitif pour cette période de neuf mois, et vous profitez aussi d’un congé mérité durant l’hiver.
