Are you passionate about inspiring and leading the next generation? Do you have a gift for creativity and organization? If so, we want you to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. We are a multi-campus church in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia.

This role involves planning and executing unforgettable youth events, creating exciting multimedia content, and positively impacting our community for Jesus.

**What You'll Do**:
**1. Youth Night Planning and Execution**:

- Be a key player in weekly planning meetings for youth nights.
- Bring your creative ideas to the table for activities and discussions.

**2. Multimedia Content Creation**:

- Create engaging video content tailored for our youth.
- Use multimedia tools to make youth gatherings even more impactful.

**3. Youth Event Setup and Management**:

- Help set up venues for youth events, ensuring everything is ready.
- Make sure all necessary equipment and materials are prepped.

**4. Game Hosting and Coordination**:

- Design and host fun, interactive games for youth.
- Foster an inclusive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

**5. Digital Content Management**:

- Manage weekly content updates for sermons, videos, and song lyrics.
- Keep our digital displays up-to-date and accurate.

**6. Missions Auction Coordinator**:

- Connect with local businesses to gather auction items.
- Organize and manage the collection of donations.
- Keep in touch and build relationships with our contributors.

**7. Arktic Program Development**:

- Join planning sessions for the Arktic program (our winter camp), focusing on creative session design.
- Collaborate to deliver a diverse range of activities.

**8. Mission Planning, Preparation and Leadership**:

- Help plan and prepare for Mission trips.
- Support the team in executing successful events.
- Lead and supervise participants during mission trips.
- Potentially take on bus driving responsibilities (with appropriate licensing).

**9. Support in Ark Program Planning**:

- Assist in developing and implementing the Ark Program - our summer bible camp.
- Create engaging and educational content for participants.

**10 Additional Involvement**:

- Help plan and lead staff meetings, including speaking roles.
- Regular involvement in the Unsinkable Ministry (Grades 5-7) on Sunday mornings.

- **Communicator**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with youth, parents, and church leaders.
- **Bible Teaching**: Proficient in leading engaging Bible studies and discussions with young people.
- **Thinker**: Creative and innovative thinker who can plan and execute outreach events and service projects.
- **Youth Culture**: Familiarity with current youth culture and trends.
- **Flexible**: Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional trips.
