Currently, we are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Admissions Coordinator to enhance our Administrative Office team and support the admissions process for our career programs.

**Job Overview**

The Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Administrative Office, focusing on the admissions process for our career programs. This position involves comprehensive engagement with prospective students to ensure a seamless and effective enrollment journey, from their first inquiry to their acceptance and registration. After successfully completing the 3-month probation period, there is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. This role also includes assisting with tasks as requested by the Senior Administrative Officers and Marketing Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students as part of the enrolment process.
- Daily Activity: Engage in proactive outreach to convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Implement strategies to refine the admissions process and boost student satisfaction.
- Organize and represent the college in career fairs, information sessions/seminars, conferences, and community events to promote the college.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Admin team to develop targeted marketing materials and digital campaigns to enhance the College’s brand and attract prospective students.
- Create tailored communications with immigration offices, high schools, recruitment agencies, long term care homes, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations to increase the college’s visibility and attract potential students.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communication, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in student recruitment or enrollment management in an Ontario Career College is an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
