The Business Development / Inside Sales Coordinator will report to the VP, ESG & Strategy. He/she is responsible for supporting the company’s business development initiatives and tactical exection. This position will work closely with various stakeholders to drive revenue growth through the execution of strategic plans and tactics.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Business Development team to maintain accurate data, analytics and reporting to assess the progress of the Businsess Development strategy.
- Become highly proficient with CDN’s Customer Relationship Management system, create and produce reports on progress within the Business Development team and outline any strategies to improve.
- Liaise between the Business Development team and other departments to provide support.
- Follow-up with clients on bid status to request feedback, keep updated in Salesforce and report back to team members.
- Support the creation and maintenance of supporting materials and presentations for current and prospective clients
- Provide support for marketing events and tradeshows, including pre-planning, overseeing of logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors.
- Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings as requested, and maintain Salesforce databases.
- Assist with various administrative duties to support the Business Development team.
- Perform office administrative duties for the Calgary office, as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications required**:

- 2+ years' experience in a sales support role would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a very fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse teams in multiple locations
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool, considered a strong asset

**Education Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary education in a related field (Bachelor of Commerce) considered an asset
