Rental Coordinator

**We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team of associates. **This is a very fast paced sales and service role selling and coordinating rentals of construction equipment to small and medium sized contracting companies. The role will begin with an extended training period to ensure you have the tools that you need to succeed. You will have the opportunity to build a large and diverse skillset that will allow you to grow in your role, responsibilities, and compensation.
**Job Summary**
This is a sales and service role. You will deal directly with the customer and coordinate their rental experience from start to finish. This will include, helping them decide on a product, coordinate deliveries and pick ups, provide trouble shooting support and product knowledge, all administration paperwork and subsequent record keeping.
This will require close communication with your colleagues, and lots of time on the phone with suppliers and clients.

Your Day Will Involve:
- Phone Calls, Inbound and Outbound
- Extensive Communication and Coordination
- Providing Technical Support and Tutorials
- Building Relationships with Clients
- Administration, Paper Work, etc.
- Making notes, and processing large volumes of information
- Loss prevention
Ongoing training will be provided for every aspect of this position. You will develop countless skills and transferable competencies that will serve you for the rest of your career wherever it takes you.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
