Description de ce role: À propos du rôle: Nous sommes a la recherche de professionnels expérimentés et passionnés pour nous aider à atteindre notre objectif ambitieux de rejoindre deux fois plus de patients en neuroscience, deux fois plus vite. En tant que Chef de marque, vous serez responsable de diriger et guider clairement l’équipe du service des ventes et de marque élargie dans le domaine de la Sclérose en plaques, en plus d’analyser et d’anticiper les tendances futures quant à la prise en charge des maladies et dans le marché qui sont susceptibles d’influencer le rendement et le potentiel de la marque. Ce rôle relève du Directeur Stratégique Neuroscience et travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Neuroscience. Poste permanent

**Responsabilités clées**:
- Développer, mettre en oeuvre et diriger toutes les initiatives promotionnelles et d’éducation sur la maladie.
- Comprendre la nature du marché concurrentiel et anticiper les conséquences possibles qui sont susceptibles d’influencer le rendement et le potentiel de la marque.
- Suivre la mise en oeuvre du cycle promotionnel avec l’équipe de vente sur le terrain, analyser les commentaires et proposer des changements et des améliorations, le cas échéant.
- Élaborer et recommander des stratégies appropriées relatives aux produits à partir de l’analyse des données disponibles (rapports de ventes, données sur le marché et rapports d’études de marché).
- Établir et entretenir des relations de partenariat privilégiées avec des clients de première importance à l’échelle du Canada en collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes, les chefs des liaisons en sciences médicales et l’équipe sur le terrain du service de l’économie de la santé et accès aux patients.
- Communiquer de façon efficace au sein de l’organisation pour assurer la motivation et la conformité de l’équipe de vente sur le terrain avec les autres intervenants afin d’atteindre les objectifs établis pour les produits.
- Assurer l’entière responsabilité des prévisions financières et de l’approvisionnement, du rendement de la marque et du budget annuel Publicité et promotion; surveiller les principales dépenses de programme et veiller à leur approbation.
- Soutenir le directeur stratégique dans la mise au point de présentations offertes à l’interne et à l’externe (évaluations commerciales, stratégie en matière de produits, consultation, planification en matière d’excellence commerciale, réunions du conseil, équipe de marque et formation/réunion ventes).
**Exigences essentielles**:
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie biopharmaceutique / pharmaceutique en ventes et ou autres rôle commerciaux (chef de marque, analyse commerciale, formation, éducation médicale, etc.)
- Agile avec de solides compétences en leadership, communication, présentation et négociation.
- Esprit d’initiative, motivation personnelle et compétences supérieures en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Planification opérationnelle / stratégique - Connaissance requise du processus de planification des activités.
- Grandes habiletés en informatique et facilité de s’adapter à de nouveaux systèmes.
**Exigences souhaitables**:
- Capacité à développer de nouveaux concepts et de nouvelles idées qui permettent de mieux comprendre une situation ou de procurer un avantage comparatif. Connaissance en neuroscience un atout.
- Bilinguisme : le français et l’anglais sont un atout
