**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and processing orders;
- Coordinating with production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
- Supporting sales and marketing efforts through regular communication with customers and industry contacts;
**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment;
