**Position Overview**:

- This EIT, Rotational Development Opportunity is an exciting way to join the Lafarge Pathways Program for new and recent graduates. The Pathways Program is a 24-month rotational program designed for participants to gain exposure to the various career paths with Lafarge.
- This is a developmental role and an opportunity to gain widespread expertise within our business with the ultimate goal of building a long-term career with Lafarge. You will have the opportunity to be assigned to at least three (3) different product lines during a two-year rotation. Product Lines may include Precast, Pipe, Construction, Aggregates, and/or Ready-Mix.
- These assignments are designed to allow you to explore and discover a variety of possible career paths across Lafarge, while accelerating your own personal growth, network and development. Successful participants from this program will transition into full-time opportunities that capitalize their full potential.**Responsibilities**:

**Qualification Profile**:

- Education:
- Recent graduate from a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology Program (Civil/Structural preferred) or Bachelor of Commerce
- Interest in a long-term career in manufacturing, engineering and construction with a goal to pursue P. Eng. or CET designation.

Experience & Skill Set:
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Self-starter / Problem solver / Self-disciplined
- excellent interpersonal, organization, communication and computer skills
- the ability to work both collaboratively in teams and the drive and passion to individually contribute to great outcomes
- Natural curiosity and passion for analytics and process improvement
- Prior co-op or work experience in the industry is considered an asset
