**Objectives of this Role**
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under mínimal supervision
- Maintain filing system, contact database and lead database
- Provide support to office and other staff members and departments as needed.

**Daily and Weekly Responsibilities**
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product return and warranties
- Filing, invoicing and customer statements
- Arrange and schedule shipments and deliveries
- Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
- Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma/ college
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, multitask, manage time and prioritize
- Able to work individually and as a team

**Preferred Qualifications**
- College degree
- Inside Sales / CSR experience
- Abatement/Safety industry experience is an asset

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
