**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the Markham Repair Operations Leader, the Repair Operations Facilitator will be responsible for the weekly and day-to-day scheduling and execution of repair team activities. In this role the Repair Operations Facilitator will set the weekly and daily operation schedule, meet day-to-day objectives such as EHS/5S, on time delivery and lead resolution of issues through collaboration with immediate teams and beyond to better our Turn Around Time (TAT).

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the daily RMA meeting, communicate update and direction on open issues, track daily performance metrics. Take critical actions and resolve issues for team members to execute.
- Lead daily management meeting in schedule and assign repair orders strategically factoring in level of urgency, ensuring timely execution to meet customer expectations & business service level agreement.
- Manage and drive resolution with support teams (Oracle/SAP/MFM/Action Request/Tableau/etc.)
- Update daily reporting & tracking of RMA work orders including advance replacements.
- Ensure Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) data integrity and up to date - parts debrief, accurate and complete failure cause data, Customer Required Date to agreed lead time, Repair Promised Date, LSN status.
- Manage TPV (Third Party Vendor) process.
- Facilitate within Customer Support Centre of Excellence team to ensure timely action on open tasks and lead issue resolution.
- Support actions to uphold EHS & 5S standards on daily basis in the RMA repair areas.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operating procedures, work instructions ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to schedule access to test equipment - balancing between availability and meeting commitments.
- Support regional & internal teams on customer RMA process.
- Consolidate RMA data for failure trends, review, validate to hand over to Markham Operations Leader.
- Participate in inventory review activities, contribute to strategic planning based on demand.
- Deputize in the Markham repair operations leader.
- Any other tasks associated with customer repairs and customer support.

**Qualification / Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/technical support or operations/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership behaviour skills and motivation.
- Effective communicator (strong written & verbal communication skills), collaborative.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and lead by positive example.
- Independent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity in MS Office tools.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle/SAP).
