We're seeking a meticulous Auto Body Shop Prepper to join our team Your role will involve preparing vehicles for body repair work, including sanding, masking, and priming, to ensure a flawless surface for painting. You'll need to inspect vehicles for imperfections, maintain tools and equipment, and adhere to safety and health regulations. Your attention to detail, ability to follow manufacturer standards, and cooperative spirit are essential. Experience in a similar role is preferred. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform automotive body small repairs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspect completed repairs and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for body repair work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with Collision Center operations and repair processes is a plus

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
