In order to ensure its development, to enable it to reach its objectives and to ensure its expansion, Kanari Management has opened a position for a PROJECT SCHEDULER.

**ROLE OBJECTIVES**

To support APMO Automation Program Manager with managing program and project automation schedules.

**DURATION OF THE CONTRACT**

Initially 12 months (from March 2024 to February 2025).

**REMOTE AND ON-SITE WORK**

The project site is based in the United States.

This role can mostly be performed virtually from March 2024 to February 2025. However, occasional travel to the site will be required throughout this period on a basis of around 5 days every 2 months.

Starting March 2025, on-site presence will be required on a basis of 2-3 weeks per month.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and manage project automation schedule.
- Continued development of the existing schedule.
- Integrate vendor and system integrator schedules into project automation schedule.
- Support continuous integration of automation schedule into the overall project schedule.
- Regularly review critical path, schedule content, variances, use of relationships and lags, constraints, and milestones.
- Create and maintain schedule related metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Interact with project managers and other stakeholders to obtain schedule updates.
- Contribute to preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- 5+ years experience in providing project management support in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency with Excel (as a tool for tracking, analyzing, and visualizing schedule KPIs).
- Familiarity with process automation project phases within capital projects.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (esp. in English).
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada and in the USA.
