**GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated Development Service Worker for a client located in the Greater Toronto Area.**

The Development Service Worker will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through various programs and activities, both within our facilities and in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in recreational and social activities.
- Implement individualized support plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Document client progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- **Diploma or degree in Developmental Services Worker (DSW)**:

- Previous **experience** working with individuals with **developmental disabilities is preferred**:

- **Vulnerable Sector Check and TB within 6 months**:

- **Immunization** (Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- Must have a minimum of **3 doses of the COVID Vaccination**:

- Valid **First Aid** and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 44 per week
