**Job Scope**:
The scope of this position involves scheduling the production and packaging lines to fulfill customer orders and maintaining correct inventory levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule the packaging staff, including planning workload and staffing schedules
- Review and prioritize orders and schedule production accordingly
- Work closely with management, customer service, distribution and manufacturing to ensure accurate production planning
- Generate daily operating and line efficiency reports
- Maintain accurate Production Summary reports and files
- Prepare Kosher reports
- Review and approve Tracker punches for packaging employees and confirm accuracy of data
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data related to production
- Calculate daily Cut Line trim percentages
- Food Safety & Quality responsibility as outlined in SOPs & other training materials provided and accurate record keeping
- Attend prescribed courses/training
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education and minimum 2 years of related experience
- Familiar with total quality management and continuous improvement processes
- Customer focused with good decision-making & problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal
- Proficient computer abilities using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
