- Provide first-level support for help desk inquiries, addressing user issues related to hardware and software.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems, including Windows environments.
- Support LAN connectivity and ensure reliable network performance.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy for ticket management and tracking user requests.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on firewall configurations and network security measures.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides to enhance team knowledge sharing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating solutions to users.

**Requirements**:

- College degree in computer science or relevant experience in IT supportFamiliarity with help desk operations and desktop support practices.
- Knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows, is essential.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when assisting users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT landscapes.
