Position Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various cleaning tasks at residential homes and offices, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards.
- Uphold company's core values of Family First, Integrity, and a Grateful and Positive Attitude in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
- Work independently or with a team to efficiently complete cleaning assignments.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to protect yourself, clients, and their properties.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Reliable transportation to reach job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
- Friendly and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
