Payroll/Benefits Responsibilities:

Payroll:

  • Responding to employee time and leave inquiries via a Help Desk system/tickets
  • Tracking and processing COVID PTO
  • Leave tracking and timesheet reconciliation
  • Review any outstanding PTO requests
  • Excessive hour review
  • Respond to W2 access tickets
  • Assist with End of Year processes
  • Assist with audit requests
  • Lock and Approve Temp Hours

  • Reconcile and update Life Event changes
  • Review and process Dayforce COBRA approvals
  • Respond to employee benefits inquiries via a Help Desk system/tickets
  • Perform monthly and quarterly audits
  • Process UK pension new hire/termination changes
  • Process standard longterm disability and shortterm disability actions
  • Perform calculation of the standard invoice
  • Perform calculation of the IISI invoice

HR Operations Responsibilities:

  • Send involuntary exit packets to terminated employees
  • Respond to general employee inquiries via a Help Desk system/tickets
  • Manage all aspects of Dayforce onboarding to include paperwork review, tracker preparation and uploading of relevant HRIS data
  • Complete I9 and Everify processing for new hires and corresponding audit
  • Oversee management of all unemployment insurance claims
  • Complete verification of employment requests
  • Process foundational Dayforce employee data changes
  • Complete termed employee password resets

Qualifications:

  • Experience with US Benefits
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Systems (Ceridian/Dayforce Preferred)
  • Timekeeping/Timecard Reconciliation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or the equivalent work experience in Payroll and Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

What you Need:

  • A cable or fiberwired internet service with 50 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection (LTE, USB sticks, and pocket WiFi devices DO NOT qualify for a primary connection, however, you are expected to have any of these for backup connection purposes.
  • Desktop or laptop computer (4th generation or higher) with; at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor; at least 4GB RAM; Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX operating system
  • Headset with extended microphone, Noise canceling headset is preferred
  • Highdefinition external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
