**Cam Clark Auto Group** is seeking an experienced results-oriented **HR Generalist**. Individuals must be willing to travel between our locations in **North Vancouver and Richmond, BC.**

This role is a unique opportunity for individuals looking for further career development under the right mentorship. The successful incumbent will have a “solutions-focused” mindset, driven to deliver results.
**You will be accountable for**:
- Working closely with the HR Team to support the implementation of the long-term vision, strategy, and tactics in alignment with organizational objectives
- Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders and managers at all levels in the organization, with the ability to build credibility and inspire confidence in the work of the HR team
- Support, guide and coach managers and employees on best practice in all areas related to HR policies, recruitment and retention, compensation, employee relations and performance management
- Manage full cycle recruitment including creating job postings, completing resume screening, coordinating interviews, completing reference checks, and supporting offer negotiations
- Support skilled trades recruitment and student onboardings by participating and representing Cam Clark Auto Group in career fairs and college/vocational institutions’ recruitment events and activities
- Support day-to-day administration such as preparation of job descriptions, offer of employment letters, employment agreements/contracts, termination of employment letters, etc.
- Maintain positive relationships with related unions and provide clients with council on labour relations matters
- Other duties as assigned
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Human Resources would be an asset
- At least three (3) years of experience in an HR Generalist position is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment is an asset
- Thrive working in a fast paced, performance driven environment and love interacting with people all day
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to make sound and evidence-based recommendations in response to complex business challenges
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability and willingness to travel to all business locations
