Client Success Training Specialist

As we continue our exciting growth, we are building teams with highly talented individual contributors and leaders. We are seeking a Client Success Training Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the renewable energy sector with an entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture.
In this role, you will work with our team located in Montreal, Canada to support the Solargraf user on their client journey. You will be the first impression of the Solargraf tool. You will deliver live in-depth training that is engaging, interactive, and informative. You will find creative ways to engage users to guide them towards adopting Solargraf’s amazing features
**Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to new clients that need training on Solargraf
- Train new customers how to use the software correctly, be well-prepared for long detailed calls
- Give group training webinars
- Build a solid foundation for new client accounts by educating them on how to use our software correctly, ensuring long-lasting accounts,
- Demonstrate new Solargraf features to existing customers,
- Help customers quickly and effectively, answering products and services questions and giving extra training as needed
- Discover and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities when beneficial for the client (no pressure here)
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Drive continuous product improvements from customer feedback
- Establish and maintain an internal knowledge base, keeping clear and detailed notes on the CRM
- Record “how to” videos of the software
- Notify your manager of any process gaps and consider potential solutions
- Perform specialized functions as requested
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, processes, and teams and act as a content expert
- Deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions for external clients and internal team members
- Participate in Alpha/Beta software development cycles - testing and learning new product features.
**What we look for in the people handling this role**
- You have at least 2 years experience with customer service and are passionate about working with people,
- Minimum education DEC Cegep or equivalent
- Proficiency in Office 365, G-suite a plus
- You have great English skills - both written and spoken. Spanish a plus
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You have great time management and multitasking skills,
- You enjoy teaching things, are very patient, and you enjoy the technical side of things,
- You are tech-savvy, comfortable working on a computer, and enjoy learning how to use new software.
