**W**e are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be responsible for seeing orders through from beginning to end. As an integral part of the sales and customer service team, you will work hand in hand with external sales people to ensure customers are satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and responding to incoming customer service calls and calls from outside sales team
- Managing the client portal data base
- Opening project dockets and entering into the client management portal
- Providing report on customer activities through the portal
- Actively tracking the progress of work projects through the portal; following up on orders with production and the sales team
- Inventory docket management
- Providing quotes, pricing, additional information
- Follow up outstanding orders, back-orders
- Dealing with warranty and RGA (returned goods authorizations)

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Strong motivation and experience in building and maintaining customer relations
- B2B customer service and sales experience
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude and a “never give up” mentality.
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Details**:
This is a full-time position that will pay $22/hour. Please note that Simpson Print is not located on a bus route, you must have transportation to access our location.
