**Construction Worker**

Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, the Construction Worker performs activities and tasks to complete the construction job as well as supports the coaching and instruction to the program participants. The incumbent must possess strong customer service skills and be willing to operate in high stress environments and posses the ability to complete jobs with a high level of quality and timeliness.

**What does a Construction Worker do?**
- Coordinate project completion with Construction Foreperson and Supervisor, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
- Maintain tool and equipment functionality, alongside proper inventory management.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols, including equipment operation and site cleanup procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing feedback and coaching to staff and program participants.
- Enforce safety standards and promote regular safety meetings to address and report unsafe practices.
- Ensure compliance with Construct Health & Safety Policy among all stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in the construction field as a foreperson/foreman or supervisor
- Experience with residential experience.
- Experience with Commercial experience is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding and interpretation of construction drawings
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid Drivers license, clean drivers abstract.

**Salary information: $50,000-$60,000**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
