**Job Description: Window Coverings Sales Representative (Commission-Based)**
**Job Summary**:
Allure Shade Systems Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Window Coverings Sales Representative to join our team. As a commission-based sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and selling a wide range of premium window coverings and treatments. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our window coverings business. This role requires a valid G driver's license, a clean criminal record, and an impeccable driving history.
**Responsibilities**: 1. **Sales and Business Development**: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing. Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable window-covering solutions to meet their requirements.
2. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish trust and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
3. **Product Expertise**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our window coverings product line, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapes, and motorized solutions. Educate clients about the features, benefits, and customization options available.
4. **Consultative Selling**: Utilize a consultative selling approach to assess clients' window covering needs, offer personalized recommendations, and guide them through the selection process. Provide product demonstrations and samples as needed.
5. **Quoting and Pricing**: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes based on client preferences and specifications. Negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
6. **Order Management**: Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery and installation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
7. **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business growth.
8. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospecting efforts. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
**Requirements**: 1. **Valid G Driver's License**: Must possess a valid and unrestricted G driver's license, as the role may involve traveling to client locations for consultations, measurements, and installations.
3. **Clean Driving Record**: A clean driving history with no major traffic violations or accidents is necessary to uphold our commitment to safety and professionalism.
4. **Proven Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home decor, interior design, or window coverings industry, is advantageous.
5. **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present product information in a clear and compelling manner.
6. **Customer-Centric Approach**: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service and tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
7. **Result-Oriented**: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to understand client requirements and provide creative solutions to address their specific window covering challenges.
