**Function**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and champion the change management process for Major Projects, providing education, mentorship and support for all project employees.
- Review project changes ensuring completeness and accuracy of data with a view to identify issues, concerns, and potential mitigations prior to submission.
- Facilitate cross functional team discussions, capturing all impacts of change put forth.
- Identify and communicate potential impacts (including design changes, scope changes and schedule slippages) to management as required.
- Coordinate and conduct Change Review Board meetings as required.
- Review trends and guide / support pro-active execution of the change management process.
- Review watchlist and trends monthly with Project Services Leads and Risk Specialist, ensuring accuracy and alignment between the respective functional areas.
- Support the Risk Specialist in the development and maintenance of the contingency drawdown curve.
- Support the Risk Specialist in qualitative and quantitative risk management practices for Major Project scopes as required.
- Coordinate and compile information for Internal / External Monthly and Quarterly Reports for Major Projects.
- Support the Director of Project Services in coordinating and conducting management meetings internally and/or with Partners.

Deliverables:
This role is responsible for the change management and reporting function. The role ensures users of the change process adhere to documented policies, processes, and procedures according to Best Practices. This role will also maintain and report against the Change Management System (CMS), monitor and report to ensure timely progression of all changes, liaise with all scope managers, functional managers, and SPA’s (Single Point of Accountability) on the full capture of consequential impacts of changes, and conduct Change Review Board meetings as required. The role will interface with all project execution streams and guide the change process to successful and documented outcomes.

In addition, this role holds responsibility for coordinating Project Reporting based on predetermined content and requirements, coordinating stakeholder meetings where required, and supporting the project risk management function.

Summary:
You will collaborate with all project execution streams and guide the change process to successful and documented outcomes. In addition, this role holds responsibility for coordinating project reporting and stakeholder meetings, as well as supporting the project risk management function.

You will have the opportunity to cultivate pro-active project management and project controls best practices throughout the teams. In this role, you will facilitate resolution of escalated issues requiring coordination and interfacing between teams and you will gain exposure to complex problem-solving.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one of or combination of the following areas: Engineering, Technical, Operations, or Projects.
- Project Management experience and understanding of Project Controls functions including cost control, planning, and estimating.
- An understanding of database software tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
