**Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage rental advertisements on various platforms
- Prepare rent increase notices in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in lease preparation
- Maintain accurate and organized tenant records and files
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors as needed
- Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection, and invoice processing
- Provide general administrative support to property managers and other team members as required

**Qualifications**:

- At least two years of experience in an office environment performing clerical and administrative duties
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus

**Salary and Benefits**:
Starting salary for this position is $24.50 per hour

2 Weeks paid vacation per year

The hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
