**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and make baklavas (and other pastries)
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 20+lb and work in close proximity to hot oven
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistent results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be punctual and team worker

**Experience**:

- Experience with baked goods and confections a must
- Knowledge of baklava production required
- Knowledge of Mediterranean & middle eastern pastries preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders

Additional Information:

- Currently looking for availability for part time/ casual position. Possibility for more hours in the future.

Note: This job description focuses specifically on the baklava production aspect of the position. Other responsibilities related to general baking duties may also be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 3-9 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
