**Position Summary**:
The Resource Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong network of IT contractors through recruitment/resource management and supporting the Staff Augmentation Practice on behalf of Charter.

**Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Work with Consultants and Contractors to ensure skill level/experience/professionalism aligns with customer requests and Charter's culture/reputation.
- Where possible, ensure a high rate of extensions on current deployments by maintaining close communication with contractors, and clients.
- Negotiate best rates with consultants ensuring tight alignment of capabilities and skills to help fulfill the needs and requirements of Charter customers.
- Routinely work with Charter's People and Culture to ensure a smooth Onboarding experience.
- Routinely work with Contractors to ensure a smooth Onboarding experience.
- Provide support with the SOW process as necessary prior to customer distribution for quality use of templates, timelines, to ensure we manage risks, objectives, and customer success.
- Support the Customer Experience to ensure customers want to continue to engage with Charter throughout the lifecycle of our solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with deployed resources and provide timely reports.
- Work across internal Charter Service Delivery teams to assess assignment alternatives and to manage scheduling of those assignments.
- Contract administration.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 3+ years directly in IT staff augmentation, resource management, and/or IT recruitment.
- Strong IT technical background/knowledge.
- Previous experience using an ATS system.
- Experience working with clients and customers in the support of IT staffing solutions.
