This position is in our retail showroom

What will you do
- Offer customers a warm, welcoming, and dedicated service
- Create meaningful relationships with our clients and maximize sales by determining client needs, answering questions about our products, and recommending products that fit their style and budget
- Research product selections and availability and follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
- Be self-driven in learning about our product and service offerings, to be a confident and knowledgeable representative of Union Lighting.

The schedule for this position includes at least one day on the weekend.

- Ability to speak and write in English and French

- Have education in interior design

**Notre composition**

Union est composé de deux divisions principales : notre département commercial qui a des bureaux à Montréal, Québec et Pompano, Floride. Nous concevons et mettons en œuvre des ensembles d'éclairage du sol au plafond pour des clients du commerce de détail, de l'hôtellerie, de l'immobilier et d'autres secteurs, en équipant leurs bureaux et leurs espaces industriels de solutions aussi fonctionnelles qu'esthétiques.

Notre département de vente au détail travaille dans notre magnifique espace de 20 000 pieds carrés au sein du Centre Décor Carré Union, parfaitement situé sur le boulevard Décarie à Montréal. Notre espace de vente au détail est ouvert aux utilisateurs finaux et s'adresse à de nombreux professionnels (designers, architectes et entrepreneurs généraux).

**Ce que vous ferez**

**Ce poste se situe dans notre salle d'exposition.**
- Créer des relations significatives avec nos clients et maximiser les ventes en déterminant les besoins des clients, en répondant aux questions sur nos produits et en recommandant les sélections parfaites.
- Fournir des options de produits qui conviennent à leur style et à leur budget
- Faire des recherches sur les choix et la disponibilité des produits et faire un suivi auprès des clients potentiels en temps opportun.
